　　伊缔莎EDISA高端专卖女装品牌，本着“精诚合作，同利共赢”的原则制定本简章

　　一、 客户要求;加盟客户必须具备品牌经营理念，认同伊缔莎EDISA品牌文化，愿意配合公司统一管理。

　　二、 店铺要求;

　　(1)选址:当地繁华地段门店或当地业绩领先商场(专柜、边厅) 。

　　(2)面积：门店要求实用面积60平方以上，商场(专柜、边厅)要求实用面积50平方以上。

　　(3)形象：按公司统一形象装修。

　　三、 加盟要求;

　　(1)加盟金：客户加盟需在签约时一次性交纳品牌加盟金RMB：捌仟元整。

　　(2)保证金：客户加盟需在签约时一次性交纳覆约保证金RMB：捌仟元整。

　　四、 公司支持;

　　(1)公司协助客户选址，免费提供装修设计方案，协助客户装修。

　　(2)公司协助客户开业筹备及开业活动，并对店员进行货品陈列，日常销售，财务管理等方面终端培训。
